布久喇嘛林寺属红教,是林芝地区最大最重要的藏传佛教场所。
布久喇嘛林寺位于尼洋河下游左岸的三级阶地上,三面环山,面对尼洋河口三角洲,属红教寺院。整座寺庙为土木结构,飞檐画栋,金璧辉煌, 融合藏汉民族不同建筑艺术风格。寺院周围的环境清幽,绿树成荫,寺院外清溪长流。置身此间,既可观赏漫山林海,又可远眺波光潋滟的尼洋河三角洲。
布久喇嘛林寺依山傍水,佛殿庭院掩映绿荫之中,院内藏犬成群。整个寺院形状内呈正四角,外底屋檐共有二十角,第二到第三层屋檐为八角,佛殿高20余米,内径10余米,上覆金顶,呈塔形,四面墙体分以白蓝红绿四色涂之,非常漂亮.喇嘛林寺有著名的莲花生大师践石遗迹,寺内精美的壁画也堪称藏东一绝。
Yumbulagang is about 12km south of Tsedang. It is the first palace in Tibet, dates back to the time of the first Tibetan King Nyatri Tsenpo in the second century b.c. The castle—like a building rises on the apur of a hill, commanding an impressive view of the entir Yarlung Valley. It was destroyed during the cultural revolution and the present building is a replica of the original.
The Tomb of the Tibetan Kings is located in the Chonggye County, 28km from Tsedang. It is believed that all the early Tibetan Kings are buried here today only 11 of them are still visible. The biggest and most easily recognizable tomb belong to King Songtsen Gampo. |
